# Edit or delete a customer review

It is not possible to modify or delete a customer review from the Goodays platform.

However, if you notice an anomaly in a review, please contact our support team via [***this form***](https://help.goodays.co/en/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en)so we can investigate.

📝 If a review deletion is necessary, it will be done exceptionally with the approval of your head office.

**Regarding Google reviews**

Only Google can moderate reviews posted on your Google page. You can report a comment to Google's teams to request its public removal from your Google Business page administration. If you do not have access, please contact your headquarters.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Log in to your Google My Business account.
2. Find the review in question.
3. Click on the three dots next to the review.
4. Select "**Report a Review**" and follow the on-screen instructions.

#### **Regarding Tripadvisor reviews**

You can report this review directly from your Tripadvisor page. If you do not have access, please contact your headquarters.
