If you have forgotten your password and can no longer access your Goodays account, simply follow the steps below:
- From the Goodays login page , click on the link "Forgot your password?"
- Enter the email address associated with your Goodays account.
- Shortly after, you will receive a notification from Goodays in your email inbox. Open the received email and click on "Reset my password."
- You will be redirected to the Goodays page to enter the new desired password (you must enter it twice to confirm).
💡 Make sure to have a password that contains at least 1 number and 10 characters. To ensure your password is accepted, avoid having three repeating characters (e.g., AAA).
- Finally, click on "Set your new password."
There you go, your password has been updated 😊!
Note: For accounts with SSO login, a password is not required.
