Remove a customer review from spam

If you accidentally marked a review as spam, you can easily remove it from spam by following these steps:

• Access the review you want to remove from spam: above your inbox, click on Inbox → Spam. 
  
• Click on "Other actions", then "Put on hold".
  

The review will then be moved to your inbox under the "Customers of hold" section, and you will be able to respond to it.
