Remove a customer review from the “Done” folder

If you mistakenly marked a review as completed, you can easily remove it from this box by following these steps:

  • Access the review you want to remove from the Done section: above your inbox, click on Inbox → Done :

  • Click on "Other actions", then select "Put on hold" :

The review will then be moved to your inbox under the "Customers on hold" section, and you can handle it appropriately.
