Statistics on the mobile application

The Goodays mobile app provides a comprehensive overview of your statistics and key performance indicators. You can track essential metrics in real-time, such as NPS, customer relationship score, customer satisfaction score, and e-reputation. To view your statistics, tap on Statistics at the bottom of your screen.

Filter your statistics by location or group of locations by tapping the three-line icon at the top left:

Filter your statistics by time period by tapping the filter at the top of your screen (e.g., last 30 days, specific months, custom period):

📝 If you wish to explore your statistics in more detail, you need to log in from a computer.
