How to create an automatic signature for your replies

Customizing your signature adds a professional and consistent touch to your customer communications.

Your signature is configured to be automatically added to most of your customer replies. However, the automatic signature feature is not compatible with Google reviews. It is therefore essential to manually insert your signature in each response you publish to Google reviews.

Here are the steps to set up your signature.

          Access your profile settings

  • Click on your profile icon at the bottom left of the interface.
  • Select Settings from the menu.

    Edit Your Signature

  • Ensure the fields First Name, Last Name, and Role are correctly filled.

          Choose your signature

  • Several signature options are available.

  • Once you’ve made your choice, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your signature.
