Edit or delete a sent reply
Once a reply to a review is submitted, it cannot be modified or deleted. An exception exists for Google and TripAdvisor reviews.
Google reviews
To edit your reply, follow these steps:
1. Locate the relevant review in the “Done” folder.
2. Select “Other actions” and then choose “Edit reply.”
To delete your reply, navigate to the administration page of your Google page. If you do not have the necessary access, please reach out to your IT team or your head office for assistance.
📝 If the customer changes their rating or review on Google, you can also edit your response directly from Goodays.
TripAdvisor reviews
You can edit or deleted your reply directly from the TripAdvisor page. If you don't have the necessary access, please reach out to your IT team or your head office for assistance.
