Set up email notifications
Enable email notifications
From the left sidebar, click the profile icon at the bottom, then Settings →
Notifications.

Two types of notifications are available:
- Inbox notifications: Receive an alert for new messages/reviews from
customers on your Goodays platform. - Report notifications: Receive an alert when new monthly reports are
available for download.
Manage notification frequency
You can choose the sending frequency for each new customer message received or once daily in a grouped summary.- From the left sidebar, click the profile icon at the bottom, then Settings →
Notifications, and uncheck the option New inbox messages. - Select sending frequency: for each new item or grouped daily.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
⚡️By configuring notifications to receive each new item, you can respond
faster and improve customer satisfaction!
📱 Please note that grouped notifications are sent exclusively to your email inbox. For now, this functionality is not supported on our mobile app.
Deactivate notifications
From the left sidebar, click the profile icon at the bottom, then Settings →
Notifications, and uncheck the option New inbox messages.
If you want to deactivate notifications only for certain locations:
- Check New inbox messages.
- Click the dropdown menu next to Places selection*.
- Uncheck the locations for which you don’t want to receive notifications.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Monthly report notifications
You can choose whether or not to receive an email when monthly reports are
available for download.
Regardless of your email notification settings, the reports will remain available on the platform: Download my monthly reports
