Change the email address attached to my account

The account being linked to an email address, it is necessary to create a new user account  when changing the email address and delete the old one.

Here are the steps to follow:

1) Contact our support team via this form, selecting the category "Configuration Request," and then "Create/Modify/Delete User & Place."

2) Provide your current email address and the desired email address.

3) Our team will proceed with the account deletion/creation.

🕰 Will I keep the history of the responded reviews ?

Given that each review and conversation is centered around an establishment, the deletion and creation of your new account will have no impact on message threads and history with your clients

 

⚡️Will I keep my pre-saved replies ?

The only thing you need to retain is your pre-saved replies as they won't be transferred to your new account. Make sure to save them in a file so you can copy/paste them later. You'll need to complete this step before requesting the account deletion from the support team.
