Empty the inbox (without responding to reviews)

At Goodays, we believe that every review matters and deserves a response. However, we can exceptionally agree to close certain old messages if your request meets one of the following cases:

  • A bug confirmed by our team affects multiple messages;
  • The establishment is undergoing a change of ownership.

If one of these criteria is met, you can contact support via this form, indicating the reason for your request and the dates of the messages to be marked as "Done."
