he Google Benchmark feature is available for customers who have configured synchronization with Google My Business (GMB).
Google Benchmark: This feature allows you to view two sections:
- All similar establishments
- Competing brands
The display varies depending on the profile type, whether it's single access to one establishment or multi-access.
1- Display of the Google competitiveness map for a user with single access (to one establishment):
- Competing Brands: This allows you to benchmark the Google rating of your establishment against the top competing brands nearby.
- All Similar place "Around You": Provides access to a local benchmark of GMB points of sale around your point of sale. It displays the 20 closest GMB points of sale to the establishment, ranked by Google rating. The map can be explored, allowing you to zoom in and out, and each point of sale can be clicked on.
Note: Competing brands are defined by the client.
2- Display of the Google competitiveness map for a user with multi-establishment access:
It shows the ranking position of your brand and competing brands based on their Google scores:

You can view the ranking on the same day, e.g., Monday 02/09/2024.

Or the evolution of your brand's Google rating and that of competitors by month.
Similarly, a map details the Google rating, distribution of satisfaction ratings (detractors, promoters, or neutrals), and ranking of each establishment by brand:
In this section, you can quickly compare your establishment with the 25 closest competitors. The Google score is the indicator used to rank these establishments.
You also have the option to check the evolution of your score compared to your competitors.
