Goodays messaging offers search and filtering features. Here's how to use them.
Search
- At the top right of the messaging section, you will see a magnifying glass icon. Click on it.
- Enter keywords, the customer's name, or any relevant information in the search bar. Press "Enter". The results matching your criteria will automatically appear.
- You can refine your search by adding filters. Click on "Add a Filter" and select the desired criteria such as message date or establishments.
Filter
You will find a filter icon next to the search bar. Clicking on it will display a dropdown list with several filter options allowing you to sort messages by scope: place, region, sector, country, or others.
