This feature allows you to see how your point of sale measures up against key criteria such as customer relationship score, NPS score, and customer satisfaction score.
In the Summary tab, you will find the NPS, Customer Relationship, and Customer Satisfaction cards. By providing key performance indicators, these cards also allow you to compare your establishment with others in your network:
Below your current indicators, you will see your sectoral, regional, or national positioning. Click on your position to display the complete table with rankings compared to other establishments.
