To set up your notifications, select "Settings" and then "E-mail Notifications."
There are two types of notifications available:
- Email Notifications: Receive a notification for new messages/customer reviews you receive on your Goodays platform.
- Report Notifications: Receive a notification for new monthly reports available for download.
1. How to activate email notifications?
From the left sidebar → select the circle at the bottom → Account Settings → Email Notifications → Activate
2. How to manage the frequency of notifications?
You can choose to receive a notification:

For each customer message received (for one or more selected establishments).

Or as a grouped email, once per day.
⚡️ By configuring notifications to receive each new item, you can respond more quickly and thus improve customer satisfaction!
3. Monthly Report Notifications
You can choose whether or not to receive an email notification when monthly reports are available for download. Whether you enable or disable email notifications, the reports will still be available on the platform under the tab: Download Your Reports.
The setting only concerns generation notifications, not the availability of the reports.
