[Reply features](https://help.goodays.co/en/my-messaging?hsLang=en#reply-features) # Create a saved reply This feature allows you to create a wide variety of **pre-written responses** tailored to different customer contexts or issues. Responses are specific to each user. However, the head office can choose to establish pre-recorded responses for all users in the company. For user-specific responses, the limit is 10 saved replies per category (compliment, problem, suggestion, question), for a total of 40 per user. For head office-established responses, the limit is 10 replies per category for all users.
