This feature allows you to create a wide variety of pre-written responses tailored to different customer contexts or issues.
Responses are specific to each user. However, the head office can choose to establish pre-recorded responses for all users in the company.
For user-specific responses, the limit is 10 saved replies per category (compliment, problem, suggestion, question), for a total of 40 per user. For head office-established responses, the limit is 10 replies per category for all users.
To create a new saved reply, click on the lightning bolt in the response box, then on the "+" sign.
You will then see the field to enter your saved response and give a title to your new pre-recorded response:
