Delegate a review to customer service
If the subject of a review requires the intervention of your customer service department, you have the option to forward the review to them. In the response box, click on Other actions -> Delegate to customer service:
The review will then be moved to the customer service inbox.
📊 Impact on your statistics: Response responsibilities and customer relationship metrics will be assigned to the customer service team.
If the conversation is closed by customer service and the customer responds again to a satisfaction survey, the review will be placed back in your inbox.
