The Goodays interface offers you two display modes to customize navigation according to your role and use of the platform:
1. "Respond to my clients" (Conversational mode): This mode allows you to quickly access customer messages. By default, it displays the message inbox as the first view when you log into your Goodays account.
In the left sidebar, the other tabs are presented in the following order:
- Messaging
- Chat (if available)
- Summary of results
- Questionnaire
- More options: Detailed statistics, Customer participation, My reports.
2. "Analyze stats and read content" (Analysis mode): This mode allows you to quickly access statistics for one or more establishments.
The customer participation tab is displayed by default when the user logs into Goodays under the Analysis option.
Subsequently, the left sidebar presents the other tabs in the following order:
- Detailed statistics
- Summary of results
- Questionnaires
- More options: Messaging, Chat (if available), My reports
Each mode allows responding to customer reviews and accessing statistics; the display of the tabs is optimized according to profiles.
How to change the display mode:
From the left sidebar → select the circle at the bottom → Account Settings → Display
