Edit or delete a sent reply

Once a reply to a review is submitted, it cannot be modified or deleted. An exception exists for Google and TripAdvisor reviews.

Regarding Google reviews

If you have responded to a Google review, you can edit or delete your reply directly from the administration page of your Google listing. If you don't have access, please contact your head office.

📝 If the customer changes their rating or review on Google, you can also edit your response directly from Goodays.

Regarding TripAdvisor reviews

You can edit your response directly from the TripAdvisor page. If you don't have access, please contact your head office.
