First login to Goodays

Follow these steps to activate your account and start responding to your customers’ reviews.

Activating your account

📝 Note: To request the creation of your account, refer to this article.

Once your account is created, you will receive an email titled Activation of your Goodays account. This email contains an activation link to access the initial training.

📝 Note: If you haven’t received your activation email, check your Spam folder.

  1. Click Activate my account.
  2. Create your password by entering it twice. For security purposes, it must contain:
    • At least 10 characters
    • One letter
    • One number

Then, answer a few questions (job title, role in the company, etc.). This information helps optimize your interface based on your needs.

Goodays interface training

The Goodays training is designed to guide you step by step:

  • Watch the training videos and click Next lesson to progress.
  • Guided exploration: In just one minute, discover the interface through interactive tooltips. This will help you quickly master the essential features for efficiently responding to customer reviews.

By clicking on the tooltips, you’ll get explanations about the various features. Let yourself be guided step by step for a smooth and complete onboarding.

Finalize your account

Make sure to complete the checklist displayed on-screen. This list guides you through key steps, such as activating your notifications, setting up your automatic signature and downloading the mobile app. By completing each item, you’ll optimize your use of Goodays and ensure better responsiveness when replying to customers.

🛎️ Activate your notifications

To ensure you never miss customer feedback, customize your notifications:

  1. Click your Profile Icon > Settings > Email Notifications.
  2. Choose:
    • Inbox notifications: Receive a notification for every new item or as a daily summary.
    • Monthly reports: Enable this option to be notified when monthly reports are available.

✍️ Set up your automatic signature

Personalize your signature to save time and strengthen your connection with customers:

  1. Click your Profile icon > Settings.
  2. Fill in your first name, last name, job title, and company.
  3. Choose from several signature formats. We recommend including your first name, title, and company for a personal touch in your messages.

Stay connected to Goodays anywhere by downloading the mobile app! This allows you to manage customer feedback directly from your phone.
