When your account is created by our teams, you will receive an email to activate your access to the Goodays platform - once the account is activated, you can then select your settings:
- Setup your automatic signature: Enter your first name, last name, role, and company. The platform offers various signature options. For maximum customization, we recommend including your first name, role, and company. Your signature will automatically appear in the response box, saving you time while maintaining personalization in your messages. Learn more.
- Setup your notification: In the Profile section of your platform, activate notifications. You will receive real-time email alerts notifying you of the receipt of a customer review. This way, you won’t miss any messages and can quickly address dissatisfaction alerts! Learn more.
