The Goodays platform offers an effective solution for collecting, analyzing, and responding to reviews posted by your customers across various channels.
You can request customer feedback by soliciting reviews via email or SMS, and collect spontaneous reviews through Google and Tripadvisor, via a button on your website, or through a QR Code on in-store POS displays (Point-of-Sale Advertising). The choice of channels deployed is determined by your central team.
Once a review is published by a customer on one of these channels, it is automatically collected and displayed on the Goodays platform. You can then draft and send your responses to customers directly from the platform. This seamless integration allows you to centralize all received reviews, making it easier to manage them from a single location.
In your inbox, you may receive different types of reviews depending on the collection channels used by your customers. To identify the source of a review, check the "Information most recent interaction" section located on the right side of the screen. Here, you will find the "Medium" which indicates the source of the review, such as "Transactional Email."
Transactional email
After a specific interaction with the customer, such as a purchase or delivery, an automatic email is sent with a survey to complete. These surveys often invite the customer to share their experience or provide feedback on the product or service received. If you respond to such a review, the customer will receive your response via email. To learn more about how the process works on the client side, check this article.
Transactional SMS
These reviews are collected via SMS sent after a transaction or interaction with the customer. If you respond to such a review, the customer will receive the response via email.
Website
Reviews collected directly from your website can come from surveys integrated into order confirmation pages, product pages, or through pop-ups encouraging customers to leave a review.
In-store advertising (POS Displays)
Reviews collected in-store through point-of-sale advertising (POS) materials allow customers to leave feedback immediately after their in-store experience via QR codes to scan.
Google reviews are essential for your business's online reputation. These reviews are publicly visible on your store's Google page and can influence the perception of your brand by other potential customers. We collect reviews posted by your customers on your establishments' Google pages. Responses to these reviews are also published on the establishment's listing and can be seen by anyone searching for your store on Google. The Google logo is displayed in the inbox to distinguish these reviews from those of other types.
Tripadvisor
Similarly to Google, we collect reviews posted by your customers on your establishments' Tripadvisor pages.
