Click on **Other** **actions -> Mark as Spam**. To learn how to block a customer, please see this article:**[Block a client](https://help.goodays.co/en/to-block-a-client?hsLang=en)** **Regarding Google reviews** Since Google reviews are publicly available on your store's Google page, you also need to report this review to Google. After marking a Google review as spam in Goodays, you can report it to Google using the following procedure: 1. Log in to your Google My Business account. 2. Find the review in question. 3. Click on the three dots next to the review. 4. Select "Report Review" and follow the on-screen instructions. By following these steps, you can notify Google to review and possibly remove the inappropriate review. #### **Regarding Tripadvisor reviews** You can report this review directly from your Tripadvisor page. If you don't have access, please contact your head office. 📝 *A review marked as spam will not be included in the customer relationship score calculation.
