If you wish to block a customer or if they have requested not to be contacted for leaving a review, follow the steps below based on the collection channel.

Solicited reviews (Email or SMS)
For solicited reviews, you can contact your head office to request the removal of the customer from the targeting lists.
Spontaneous reviews
For spontaneous reviews (left via your website or QR code), it is not possible to block the customer. However, if the review is considered defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory, you can mark it as spam. Learn more
Public reviews (Google, TripAdvisor)
For Google or TripAdvisor reviews, it is not possible to block the customer. However, if you believe the review is defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory, you can mark it as spam from Goodays and report it to Google and TripAdvisor teams. Learn more
📝 A review marked as spam will not be included in the customer relationship score calculation.
