Understanding a customer review

A customer review may include the following elements:

  • Review source: You can find the review source at the top of your screen to the right (under Medium). For more information on review sources, refer to this article.

  • Type of survey : To inform you which questionnaire the customer responded to (here: Post purchase Instore). To view the complete list of active surveys at your location, click on Questionnaires. For more information, refer to this article

  • NPS Score: The response to the question "On a scale from 0 to 10, what is the probability that you would you recommend our store to your friends?" (here: 2/10). For more information on the NPS score, refer to this article.

  • Message themes: Tags generated by semantic analysis of customer comments indicating the main themes addressed by customers. For more information on semantic analysis, refer to this article.

  • Type of message: All customer messages are categorized into four types based on the message category: Compliment, Issue, Suggestion, Question.
